The ''American Journal of Trial Advocacy'' is a law review edited and published by students at Cumberland School of Law. It covers all aspects of trial advocacy and was established in 1977 by Dean Donald E. Corely. The journal publishes "Trial Techniques", how-to discussions of proven trial tactics that include supporting case law and other research. The current editor-in-chief is Ashley Crank. == Scope == The journal publishes articles addressing proven tactics and techniques at the pre-trial, trial, and appellate level. Student-written notes, comments, and recent developments focus on new developments in the law that most directly affect trial practice and procedure.〔
